A 17-year-old who died last Sunday (April 15) following a single-vehicle collision has been named as George Ogborne.

Mr Ogborne died when the vehicle he was travelling in — a Ford Ranger — was involved in a collision on a minor road at Bratton Clovelly at around 1.40am. He sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

A full investigation of the scene was completed and enquiries are continuing to determine the cause of the collision.
