AN area of Okehampton will have a real look of spring next year thanks to the efforts of the town's Brownies, Rainbows and Lions Club members.

The Lions with help from the 1st Okehampton Brownies and Rainbows have planted approximately 200 daffodil bulbs along the verges at Barton Straight, Exeter Road, Okehampton.

It is part of Okehampton Lions' continued drive to improve the environment of the town — more bulb planting is scheduled in the coming weeks.
