BRIDESTOWE Primary School recently held a whole school swimming gala at Launceston Swimming Pool.

The children competed in their house teams to win the Bridestowe Swimming Cup.

All children showed great determination to succeed and many overcame worries and nerves to compete against their peers.

It was a very close competition with the Cyclones team eventually claiming victory. The gala was held att the end of their recent swimming lessons and was an opportunity for children to showcase their skills in front of parents and staff.
