CHILDREN at Hatherleigh Primary School are pictured with Ambrose, the Devon Air Ambulance mascot who popped in to their assembly on Monday morning to thank them for raising £170 for the charity with a non-uniform day.

They were inspired to hold the fundraiser by a visit from Marilyn McQueen of the Devon Air Ambulance Trust earlier this term. She told them about the vital rescue work carried out by the charity.
