New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Torridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Cavalier Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Cavalier, Well Street, Torrington, Devon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 11.

And Torrington Charcoal Grill, a takeaway at 19 South Street, Torrington, Devon was given a score of one on September 24.
