New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Torridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Malt Scoop Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Merton, Okehampton, Devon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 28.

And Asha Tandoori, a takeaway at 29 South Street, Torrington, Devon was given a score of four on February 9.
