WE would like to say a huge thank you to all those that attended a coffee morning at Sleepy Hollow, Callington on May 12 in aid of Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW). 

We raised £525.60 — an incredible amount raised within a few hours. 

We would like to thank Sleepy Hollow for their kindness in allowing us to use their restaurant and for their delicious cakes.  

Mr Eddie Farwell, the co-founder of CHSW gave an inspiring talk on why CHSW was needed and what the respite care means to the families that use it. 

We are continually surprised by people’s generosity and kindness and the money raised is going to such a great cause within the local area.  Thank you all so much again.

The next event is at Coombe Trenchard for an open garden and tea party on June 4 and 5 in aid of CHSW.
