THERE?will be no need for an election to decide who will sit on Okehampton Town Council.
Nominations that closed on Monday showed candidates in the town's two wards had been returned unopposed — but only 12 of the 14 seats have been taken, meaning the two vacant east ward seats will be filled by a by-election or co-option.
