At the meeting of the friendly circle on April 4 Matt Parkins and Brian Wood gave an interesting talk with slides on Old Town Nature Reserves and Meldon Wood.  

This was greatly appreciated by all members who attended.   

 The next meeting is on May 2 in the Charter Hall at 2.30pm when the local plant stallholder Alan French will give a talk about seasonal planting and bring along plants which can be purchased.  

Members are looking forward to this.
