TWO Okehampton Running Club members battled the weather to complete the Forest Flyer Five organised by the Dawlish Coasters. 129 runners completed the off road course in Haldon Forest just outside Exeter.

ORC's Leanne Rice and Claire Mortimer finished in 42.25 very wet and muddy.

But a delighted Leanne said: 'It was a fun race overall even if we couldn't see at one point because of the torrential rain!'
