FIRE crews were called for assistance by police and ambulance crews following a collision on the A30 last Thursday morning.

Three vehicles were involved in the collision on the A30 from Woodleigh to Merrymeet at around 7am.

Drivers and passengers were free and clear of the vehicles when the fire crews arrived, so they got to work clearing the carriageway.
