MUSIC lovers will find themselves warmed up by a mini-music festival in Spreyton with a distinctive local feel this weekend.
The Winter Days Festival is now in its second year, and takes place in Spreyton Village Hall on Saturday, February 2. Expanding on last year's inaugural festival, there will be two stages and eight bands playing at the event.
Headline act With Nell and I come from Chagford, and promise an infectious mix of soul, funk and blues music. Support acts include Year 9 band Mr E from Kelly College, Tavistock, and bands from Spreyton, Yeoford and Cheriton Bishop.
A bar will be provided by Roger Cudlip and the Tom Cobley Tavern.
Tickets cost £5 in advance or £7.50 on the door, with all proceeds going to Spreyton Village Trust.
