Lewdown firsts v Ipplepen

JOHAN Wessels took control with the bat with 15 fours and a six in a hard hitting 120 before being caught. He was supported by captain Tallan Burns, 25, and Brendon Horn, 21, as the home side were 217 not out.

Bottom side Ipplepen though lost both openers cheaply before Wessels struck again by taking three wickets as did Nicholas Smith. The visitors were bowled out for 107 as Lewdown won by 110 runs.
