WITH a few minutes gone Okehampton conceded a short corner and a goal. Okehampton did not let the early goal dampen their spirits as a superb goal from Jo Moppett bought the score level.
The adrenaline started pumping as a lovely cross to Lesley Bingham allowed her to confidently score Oke's second goal.
Both sides had some good game play before the umpire blew his whistle to call half time.
Soon after the interval Caradon found an opening in Okehampton's defence, which was made up of Carol Taylor, Anna Cherrington, Rachel Hammett, Jane Jones and Debbie Pritchard.
The determination of the home side soon shone through as captain Lesley Bingham scored her second goal of the game with the support from Winnie Rademaker and Kim Davey.
Caradon made a fierce attack on goal with keeper Shannon Osman coming out on top in a one on one.
Caradon still had more to give but so did Anna Cherrington as she made a number of superb tackles.
In the last seconds of the game Caradon won a short corner. Tensions were high but Okehampton calmly saw the ball out of their 'D' to win the game.
