ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club in beautiful weather, with the course in top condition, competitors played in an individual medal.

The division one winner was Mark Wonnacott with nett 63; in second place Steve Mander with nett 65 and in third Alan Lawson with nett 69.

Division two was won by Paul MacDonald with a nett 65; in second place Adrian Rowe with nett 67 and in third Richard Prouse nett 70. The division three winner was Kevin Harding with a nett 68; in second place Steve Pike with nett 70 just ahead on the back nine from David Stallion in third place.

In the Doris Willes-Little Tournament Frances Harbron and Sue Stanbury won their semi-final match versus Stover at Tiverton Golf Club. Frances and Sue now go through to the county finals in September.
