HATHERLEIGH Cricket Club seconds beat Chudleigh seconds in Devon seconds division A on Saturday with a convincing ten wicket home win. Chudleigh set the target of 136-8 with three wickets for Hatherleigh's R Fishleigh (3-21) and two apiece from R Tidball (2-21) and R Forrester (2-30). The visitors total was polished off with aplomb by opening batsmen R Chapman with 71 not out and N Leahy on 54 not out. This is the third win from eight games for the Hatherleigh team who are mid-table.
