HATHERLEIGH Cricket Club hosted a ladies cricket tournament on May 25.

The weather was good and the day a resounding success giving girls and ladies the opportunity to play six matches during the day.

The tournament was well contested and came down to the result of the last game between Hatherleigh and Cornwood.

Cornwood won the match and ended unbeaten on the day thereby winning the tournament.
