BRIDESTOWE Primary School is proud to have achieved the gold standard in school sport and games.

Acting head at the school Adam Hill said: ‘We strive to provide as many positive opportunities for our children as possible, sport included.

‘Over the past 12 months the children have been involved in regular competitive sporting events as well as sports clubs, festivals and taster sessions.

‘Our focus is competitive sport and healthy lifestyles, building the foundations for our next athletes and healthy citizens.

‘The recognition of the School Games award is just reward for our hard working staff who go the extra mile to ensure all children have the opportunity to participate in school sports.’
